Insert the SIM card
1 Switch the phone off.
2 To remove the back cover of the phone, press the back cover with your fingers,
and slide it off.
3 Remove the battery, if inserted.
4 To unlock the SIM card holder, slide it in the direction indicated by the arrow on
the holder. Lift the holder.

5 Insert the SIM card into the holder. Make sure the contact area of the card would
face down when the SIM card holder is lowered.
6 Lower the SIM card holder.
7 To lock the SIM card holder, slide the holder to its original position.
Important: This device is designed to be used with a standard SIM card (see figure)
only. Use of incompatible SIM cards may damage the card or the device, and may
corrupt data stored on the card. Please consult your mobile operator for the use of
a SIM card that has a mini-UICC cutout.
